General Info
Congratulations and Welcome to the 2026 VIQRC ES Missouri State Championship.
This is a combined event with VIQRC Middle School and VRC5 Middle and High School. It is surely going to be a grand event with lots of robotics to see and learn from.
Eligible Teams will be invited after the qualifying tournament results are uploaded. After all qualifying tournaments have concluded, any empty registration positions will be filled from the Missouri State Skills Challenge Rankings.
We need all the volunteer support you can provide. Please sign up here to help us have a successful event.
As the Championship nears, coaches, please watch for additional information via email. All the most up-to-date information regarding food, reminders, etc., will be published here on RobotEvents for teams and families.
Lunch & Concessions: Lunch and Concessions information will be available soon.
Please help support the event by providing at least two adult volunteers to assist with judging, refereeing, and support.
Bringing a game board will ensure that your team gets adequate practice time.

In the case of inclement weather, the tournament will be rescheduled exactly one week later. The decision will be made by Thursday afternoon.
Text (314) 600-2060 if you are concerned about the weather in your area, or the weather in our area.
A winter weather advisory is concerning, but not an automatic reschedule. Winter weather warnings during travel times are very concerning and will possibly mean we reschedule.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: You will receive a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be given.

- In-Person Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks. Team interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be conducted in-person at the event. Plerase bring a hardcoopy (printed) of your notebook to submit.
