General Info

Tritt Elementary School is excited to host this Mix and Match VEX IQ tournament in Marietta, GA. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition, and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine! Make sure you don't forget batteries, chargers, and license plates! We will not have concessions however there are plenty of resturants near by.

Volunteer

Referees and scorekeepers are volunteering from Pope High School. Judges are volunteering from KSU. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of an emergency or bad weather, the event may be cancelled.

In any event, teams will be contacted as soon as possible with the information. The event partner will contact teams if the event must be postponed. Teams should make sure their contact information is up to date and includes both school and non-school phone numbers.

Please check your email the day before and the morning of the tournament (before leaving).

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will only be given in the event of a cancellation by the Event Partner, minus the $5 REC administrative fee. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds will be awarded. 

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
