General Info
Thank you for interest in our upcoming VEX IQ Robotics Competition Qualifying Event! We are excited to welcome you and your teams.
This event will be held at Skiles Test Elementary School on Saturday, February 7. Please note that this is a half-day qualifying event, and a more detailed schedule and event information are available on the Agenda. We will host a finals at the end with the top ten teams from the day. The best alliance score with earn a bid to the State Championship.
There will be a CASH ONLY concession stand with breakfast stuff and snacks.
We appreciate your participation and look forward to a great day of robotics, teamwork, and problem-solving. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

These events are not possible without volunteers. If you are able to volunteer, please just reach out to [email protected] and I am sure we could use the extra set of hands!
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If in the unfortunately circumstance that weather does not permit a competition to be held, an email will go out to the primary contact email for each team, and will follow the possible schedule below:
1. If a weather event is expected to be short lived prior to the event occuring, a delay may take place.
2. If weather is incoming while the event is taking place, an adapted schedule will be provided to end the event in a safe manner.
3. If weather does not permit the event happening, a refund will be given minus the $5 REC fee 30 days after the event was meant to be held.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: An option of a refund minus the $5 (REC fee) .
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: If a coach/mentor withdraws more than 2 weeks ahead of the comeptition a refund minus the $5 (REC fee) will be issued.
If a coach/mentor withdraws with 2 weeks or less till the competition there will be no refund.
Payment Deadline is January 24th, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
