General Info

Welcome to the Regional Tournament of the 2025–2026 Season in Panama – VEX IQ Challenge: Mix & Match.
This event is organized by Innovatosphere in partnership with the REC Foundation.
Teams will compete in the new VEX IQ Challenge Mix & Match, testing their engineering, programming, teamwork, and strategic skills.
The event will feature official fields, certified judges, and is part of the qualification pathway towards the VEX World Championship 2026.

Volunteer

We are recruiting volunteers to support this event in the following roles:

  • Team check-in and inspection

  • Field setup and reset

  • Queuing and scorekeeping

  • Technical support (audio, video, equipment)

  • Logistics and registration

  • Media and communications

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

The safety of participants and volunteers is our top priority. In case of emergency or severe weather, the event will be rescheduled. Registered teams will be notified by email and phone with further instructions.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refunds will be issued once registration is completed.

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
