一、组织机构
主办单位：江苏省青少年科技教育协会
承办单位：南京金地未来学校
二、参与对象
全省小学、初中、高中在校学生，以学校为单位组队参加，分为三个组别：小学组、初中组、高中组。
三、活动安排
1.报名时间：2026年2月5日开通至2月6日截止。
2.活动时间：2026年2月10-11日。（具体时间以活动手册公布为准）
3.活动地点：南京金地未来学校。
四、活动项目
1.VEX-IQ机器人挑战赛。
2.VEX-EDR机器人工程挑战赛。
3.VEX-GO机器人挑战赛。

五、报名方式
为规范活动的开展，参与学校填写活动报名表按照规定时间发送至电子信箱：[email protected]。本次活动不接受现场报名。
六、活动设奖
1.云科创活动分别设立学生一、二、三等奖及优秀奖。
2.优秀指导教师奖、优秀组织奖若干。
3.所有获奖学生都将获得主办单位统一颁发的云科创电子证书。
4.VEX-IQ机器人挑战赛小学组、VEX-EDR机器人工程挑战赛初中组获胜队伍将择优推荐参加2026年VEX机器人世界锦标赛。
七、注意事项
1.本次活动为公益性质，不收取任何费用，最终解释权归主办方所有。
2.活动期间严格遵守安全管理规定，确保来往交通安全。

参赛须知
为保证本次大赛的有序进行，请在大赛期间注意下列事项。
一、竞赛地点：南京金地未来学校

VEX-GO机器人挑战赛（小学）、VEX-IQ机器人挑战赛（小学、初中）、VEX-EDR机器人工程挑战赛（初中、高中）
四、报名方式
（1）参赛对象：省内中小学在校学生
（2）填写报名表发送至邮箱[email protected]，并于报到时现场提交报名表与安全责任书。本次活动不接受现场报名。
五、参赛注意事项：
（1）参赛选手需提前准备好个人身份证、比赛相关材料，以备查验竞赛资格。
（2）参赛选手在赛场内必须遵守纪律，领队老师必须全程陪同。
（3）参赛模型应标注选手姓名，参赛选手或教练员须在该项目竞赛结束后在本队成绩单上签字确认本次竞赛成绩。
（4）各参赛运动员必须在领队带领下完成检录，由工作人员带领进入比赛场地，完成比赛后由工作人员带领离开比赛场地等待区。
（6）赛场内关闭移动电话，妥善保管物品，若有遗失后果自负。
（7）所有无关人员及车辆不得进入校园。

为保障活动安全，各组织单位带队参与时需签署安全责任书，明确安全责任，确保学生在活动期间的人身安全。活动期间，组委会将与当地医疗机构合作，制定活动安全预案，全力保障参与者安全。

Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply. Please see the Remote Judging section of the Guide to Judging for more information.
- No Judging
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
- All Remote Judging - The Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, and Engineering Notebooks will be submitted to judges digitally via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. Initial Interviews and Notebook submission deadlines may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
- Remote Initial Team Interviews / In-Person Engineering Notebooks: Initial Team Interviews will be conducted remotely, possibly before the date of the event. Engineering Notebooks will still be submitted in person the day of the event to be evaluated by judges.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
