Welcome to the first VIQRC mixed event of the season hosted at OHS!
We’re excited to welcome all participating teams and look forward to an engaging day of robotics, collaboration, and competition. Please review the important information below to help your team prepare for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Event Location:
Oxley High School, Tamworth NSW

Arrival and Departure Times:
Doors open at 8:30 AM
Event concludes at 3:00 PM
Please ensure your team arrives on time and remains for the full event duration.
Parking:
Parking is available near the Admisitraion Building.

9:20am- Robot Skills Challenge opens (Till qualification matches)
10am – Start Qualification Matches
10:50am – Recess (20 minutes)
11:15am – Resume Qualification Matches
12:50pm – Lunch (40 minutes)
1:30pm – Resume Qualification Matches
2:20pm Finish Qualification Matches
2:30pm - Playoff Matches
2:45pm – Closing ceremony

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
This event will be canceled if environmental conditions compromise the venue or travel to the venue.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
There will be no invoices issued
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a team wishes to withdraw from the tournament, they need to do so 72 hours prior to the event start time. Teams that do not withdraw within the given time frame will be billed for the event. Schools with outstanding invoices will be waitlisted for all events until payment is received.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
