General Info
The Lake Minneola High School Nerds of Prey Robotics team is proud to host our tournament for VEX IQ Robotics Competition™ Level Up™ held at Lake Minneola High School in Minneola, FL.
The tournament is an Elementary School tournament only. Specific award winners will qualify for the North/Central Florida Regional Championship.
This event will include a teamwork championship, skills challenge and judging. We are also hosting Middle Schools that day, so we may have to combine the events if registration is low.
Skills will end promptly at the conclusion of Qualification Matches!

There will be one ref at each field. Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.
All teams are asked to insure that their tables are free of trash at the end of the day.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
There will be no refunds due to bad weather. Every attempt will be made to reschedule if a cancellation is required.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Your registration fee will be refunded
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Your registration to this event commits the event partners to set costs. Therefore, no refunds can be given.
If payment is not received prior to the October, 10th, 2026 deadline, your team will be moved to the waiting list.

Park in Student Parking lot off Mama Hawk Dr. near gymnasium or performing arts center. All pits will be in the cafeteria. Signs and volunteers will direct you to the appropriate entrance
Judging Format
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the Event.
Electronic Engineering notebooks must be uploaded to Events.Vex.Com no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 21st.
