9:10 - 9:30 am - Practice fields open

9:30 am - Opening Ceremony

9:50 am - 12:35 pm - Tournament Matches and Robot Skills

12:35 - 1:05 pm - Lunch Break

1:10 - 1:40 pm - Finals

1:50 - 2:10 pm - Presentations and Closing Ceremony

In the event of an emergency, the event will be postponed. Refunds will be issued if schools are unable to attend the future date.

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

Refunds will be issued.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Refunds will be issued if there is another team in the waitlist willing to take the spot.

Drop Off: Vans & Cars may use the carpark. Busses must use the bus drop off as they will not fit in the carpark.

Long Term parking for Vans: Carpark can be used.
