8:15 am. Doors open, check in begins.
8:30 - 9:00 inspection
9:15 am - Opening Ceremony
Our school break times are 30 minutes each, with the canteen open between these times:
RECESS: 10:30 - 11:00 am
LUNCH: 1:15 - 1:45 pm
At this stage, it is likely finals and presentations will be after lunch, with a finish time of around 2:30 or 3 pm.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Teams will be notified if weather may impact the event. It is possible but unlikely that the event would be cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will be issued refunds.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams will be issued refunds if the slot is able to be filled with another team, according to Vex guidelines. Early notice will ensure this is possible.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
