General Info
The tournament will be held in our Carriage house here at Moody Mansion.
Pits will all be outdoors. Think beach soccer vibes. You can pack a cooler with drinks and sandwhiches. Tents are optional. There will be tables and chairs for teams, but you are more than welcome to bring your own set up. Kids will be welcome to take brain breaks in the lawn, and there is also the children's museum availble to tour which is a great lunch activity.
As long as the teams are supervised, Parents are welcome to purchase tickets and tour Moody Mansion as well. There will be parking in the adjacent lots on the East side of the mansion. Please use this area for parking.
Are we a traditional cafeteria event- NO. Thats the best part. come enjoy the island. Stay for the day, and have a good meal after and a beach walk to close out your day. We have stellar sunsets, and you can fully emerse your self and make it a day trip.

Gates will be open for the venue, but we ask no entry until 8:30 so we can ensure the event is adequatly set up for you. Arriving early and stopping volunteers for questions about setting up early slows us down. We want this event to be a blast. Let us take our time to make it perfect. We will welcome you with open arms at 8:30. All coaches should preform a pre inspection prior to the tournament

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If by chance the weather is bad, we have an alternative location. If the weather is extreemly bad such as a cat5 we will reschedule.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be provided to teams
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
refunds will not be provided to teams.
Judging Format
Notebook Links are Due- August 24th at noon.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
