AGENDA (tentative):

Ranking Sessions: 10/1, 10/22, 11/12

4:00PM | Doors Open

4:00PM - 4:30PM | Event Check-In/Registration/Inspection

4:30PM - 7:30PM | Qualification and Skills Matches  (3-4 qualification matches per night)

*There will be a skills field as well. Teams have a MAX of 3 autonomous and 3 driving skills each session. Must be done between their qualification matches.

Finals Sessions: 12/10  (Day of Schedule: TBD)

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, updates will be made by email.

Refund and Payment Policies

• If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

  • Refunds will be given.

• If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: 

  • No refund will be given.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions: Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on VEXevents. Digital Notebooks must be submitted Monday, December 7th by 4:00pm CST.

In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
