Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If we have bad weather from our school system, Baltimore County Public Schools, that causes the event to be cancelled, we will refund teams.
If possible, we will have a make-up date and communicate that as soon as possible.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
We will refund the team only if the team cancels at least 7 week days before the event. We need the time to contact the next team waiting and complete their registration.

Parking is available in the front and rear of the building.
Also, depending on weather, we will open overflow parking next to the tennis courts at the front of the building.

At THIS TIME, there is no judging at this event. However, we will update this at a later date and contact any registered teams.
- In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews will be judged in-person the day of the event.
- Notebooks will be collected at registration on the morning of the event.
