Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If there is inclement weather/an Emergency we will contact the coaches ASAP. We will try to reschedule the event if not able to we we will send refunds to the coaches. 

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: A refund will be sent in this case back to the coach/school that paid the registration fee. 

 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given unless the coach contacts Coach Seibert with a reasonable reason for the cancelation. 

 

 

Judging Format

  •  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation  via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact on RobotEvents. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
