Welcome to the Ying Loi Cup VEX IQ (ES/MS) Tournament.

Set to take place this coming December at Kwong Ming Ying Loi School in Yuen Long, this open tournament will bring elementary and middle school teams together to showcase their teamwork, design skills, and on-field strategy in this season's game, Level Up.

If the Hong Kong Observatory issues a red or black rainstorm warning signal and a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above,

the competition will be canceled or postponed.

Please pay attention to the latest information from the organizer.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Fee will be fully refund if applicable 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No refund will be made.

Team interviews will be conducted in person at the event.
Engineering notebooks will be only allow digital submission via a link in the team contact's My Account panel. The submission deadline is set for December 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM HKT.
