Welcome to the 2nd edition of The Paxman Pits!
Whilst the robot inspection begins at 8:30am, you may arrive from 8am onwards.
On arrival, please drive up to the automatic gates in front of the main car park. From there, you will be directed to your school’s allocated minibus parking bay and then escorted to the Main Hall where the tournament will be taking place.
Whilst lunch is not provided, teas, coffees, pastries and biscuits will be available to all staff with water available to students throughout the day.
The finals matches are scheduled for 2pm with the Awards and Closing ceremony set for 3pm. Please note that this event is only available to students, their coaches and essential school staff. We are unable to accommodate any other visitors wishing to spectate.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
This is a free event. If the need to cancel the event should arise, I will send out e-mails at the earliest possible opportunity.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If, for any reason, your team is no longer attending, you must inform us at least 72 hours prior to the event. Failure to turn up on the day of the event without prior notice will result in your team number being passed to the Programme Support Manager for review.
