General Info
This is an Elementary Level Up™ scrimmage event. It will be held at Abraham Elementary School.
This event is meant to help teams gauge how a typical tournament will run.
This scrimmage is not a State Qualifying Event.
Any team not paid by November 13th will be transferred to the waitlist.
Concessions will be available for drinks and snacks.
Please make sure all participants and coaches have completed and submitted the online participant release forms. The forms must be uploaded online. We cannot accept written copies. If you need help with this, please reach out to our event planners.
If your team needs any special accommodations, please contact Melinda Williams or Natasha Cummings in advance, so that arrangements can be made to meet your team's needs.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
All teams need to be present and checked in prior to the start of the competition. It is the coach's responsibility to reach out if the team is delayed.
In the event that this tournament cannot take place due to unsafe conditions, we will attempt to reschedule the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
Registration fees will not be refunded if teams do not cancel at least one week before the tournament.
All teams need to be present and checked in before the start of the competition. Refunds will not be issued to teams who arrive after competition rounds have begun.
If this scrimmage cannot occur due to safety or health concerns, we will attempt to reschedule or refund your fees paid.
Payment Deadline is October 22, 2026.
Teams not paid by the October 22, 2026 will be placed on the waitlist.
Judging Format
This is a scrimmage. There will be no official judging awards given. However, we will provide a mock judging interview just outside the pit area. This will help teams understand the expectations for qualifying events later in the season. Teams will receive feedback from the mock judges.
Please remember that during State Qualifying events, judges do not provide feedback to teams. All rubrics, notes taken by judges, and information shared with the judges about teams are kept confidential and destroyed immediately following the completion of the event.
