Volunteer

We are asking each team that attends to have at least ONE volunteer! Please send the name of whoever is volunteering to Andi Bosar at [email protected] by January 1st, 2027. Thank you so much!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If for some reason, we need to reschedule due to Weather, we will hold the tournament the following Saturday, on January 23rd.  We will let you know via email if this needs to happen.  There will NOT be a REFUND unless we have to cancel the event completely. Thank you!

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

A full refund will be given.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

NO refund will be given.

The health and safety of our attendees, staff, and community is our top priority. We are committed to providing a secure, welcoming, and healthy environment. All participants are expected to follow posted guidelines, respect venue rules, and cooperate with event staff and security personnel.

In case of an emergency, please locate the nearest marked exit or notify an event staff member immediately. We continuously monitor local conditions and reserve the right to update our safety protocols as needed to ensure a safe experience for everyone.

Our school is located close to several hotels and restaurants.  There are a number of restaruants off of Woodruff Rd. just at the end of Scuffletown. We will also have a food truck and concessions available onsite.

Judging Format

Please make sure ALL digital engineering notebook links are uploaded by Tuesday, January 12th. Thank you! 

•  Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
