Volunteer
We need volunteers to help make Comets Monster Mash a fun and successful robotics competition! Whether you can help with check-in, judging, field support, concessions, or other event-day tasks, your time and support would be greatly appreciated. High school students can receive community service hours.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Although the liklihood of bad weather or emergency situations causing us to cancel or reschedule the event is minimal, we will email teams if such situations occur.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: full refunds will be issued in a timely manner.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: before registration closes, a 50% refund will be issued; after registration closes, a refund will not be issued.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
