General Info

Welcome to the VEX/Level-Up IQ Robotics event "RE-VIQRC-26-5121:  MARG VEX IQ Robotics Competition™ Level Up II" at LAMP High School on Saturday, December 12, 2026. This is a VEX IQ event open to any elementary or high school team participating in VEX IQ competitions. 

Just a reminder that all competitions, including this one, are student-centered events. Only students and coaches are allowed in the pit area, robots are built and programmed by students, and students advocate for themselves after matches if there is a question about scoring or rules. Parents and other guests are welcome to watch from the stands, subject to any local restrictions.

Note: We are currently not planning on offering Notebook judging.

Other information such as parking map and lunch options will be forthcoming in September.

All participants are expected to complete the Online Consent Form  Once per season covers all events.

Note that there is a dedicated time window after Check-In and Inspection for Driving and Programming Skills runs. Team work matches will not begin until after this dedicated Skills time. We will have three fields during the Skills time.

We greatly appreciate awesome volunteers! Contact Joe Profio ([email protected]) if you are interested in volunteering. This is a great opportunity for high school students seeking volunteer hours. 

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, the event may be postponed. All coaches will be updated by text and/or email as soon as any changes happen. Unless informed otherwise, the event remains scheduled as planned.

Refund and Payment Policies

It is expected that teams utilize the Events.Vex.com system to handle event payments prior to attending the event.  Note that Vex processing fees are typically non-refundable.  

If the Event Partner cancels the event: 

Refunds will only be issued if the tournament is canceled and not rescheduled. 

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Withdrawals after registration will not receive a refund.

No refunds will be provided for registered teams that do not withdraw in advance and then do not attend on the event day. 

Judging Format

We do not currently plan on Judging. If this should change, you will be contacted.
