General Info

Hello!

We welcome you to beautiful McGill, Nevada! The event will be held in the auditorium at McGill Elementary. All engineering notebooks will be due digitally one week (November 7th) before the event. All interviews will be done on site. We will offer skills, judging, and teamwork champions for all teams. We will start at 8:00 in the morning. Depending on the number of registrations, we will be done in the early afternoon.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the weather does not permit safe travel, the event will be cancelled and refunds will be given.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: all registration costs will be refunded.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.

Judging Format

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
