General Info

This event will be held at Sulphur Springs Middle School, in the Cafeteria and Gyms

Our physical address is 835 Wildcat Way Sulphur Springs, TX 75482

Doors will open at 8:30 am and check-in will begin at 9:00 am.

There will be seating for spectators in the large gym. Pit area for teams will be in the practice gym.

Teams will be given drive team badges and 2 mentor badges per team. The badges allow access to the practice gym pit area, but adults (coaches, mentors and parents) should not be in the pit areas for long.

Concessions will be available all day and for lunch. More info to come.

Each registered team is expected to bring 1 volunteer. This can be an adult or extra student, there are plenty of jobs available.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event:

All registered teams will receive refunds or free entry to make-up event or next event SSISD Robotics runs.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

No Refunds

Travel Info

Please pull into the back, larger parking lot on the south side of the building. Those doors will be the doors used that day for team and spectator entry/exit.

Judging Format

The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
