Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Teams will recieve a full refund.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: will be handled on a case by case basis and a refund is not guarenteed. Payment dealine is February 5th, 2027.

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
