Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Event is indoors. Weather should not be an issue.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Full refund, minus any fees assiciated with events.VEX.com (currently no fees)
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No Refund
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. Please make sure your engineering notebook link is on Events.VEX.com by Oct 10, at midnight.
