Welcome to the first RAMpage Robotics VEX IQ Fall Frenzy hosted by team 32148 RAMpage Robotics at Robert H. Jenkins Elementary School in Interlachen, FL! We are a small team from a small town, and look forward to meeting some new teams! This will be a no-judgment competition and we are looking forward to some great competition and fun!

Competition will start promptly at 9 am.

Limited concessions will be available as well. Cash only.

RAMpage Robotics Fall Frenzy Tentative Tournament Schedule

Schedule of events may change throughout tournament depending on matches and flow of the day.

8:00: Check-in opens and practice fields open

Volunteers please try to be here as close to 8 as possible so that we can go over information about your positions.

8:45: Drivers' Meeting

9:00-10:00: Skills Open

10:00-11:50: Qualification Matches

12:00-1:00: Lunch

**1:10-3:30:Qualification Matches (skills close at end of last Qualification match)**

3:30-4:00: Finals Matches Begin

4:00: Awards

Volunteers are welcome. Please contact Chris Gallagher ([email protected]) if you would like to help.

There will be one ref at each field. Teams will be expected to be at the staging table during the match prior to theirs.

All teams are asked to ensure that they clean up after themselves at the end of the day.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If bad weather is predicted before the event, coaches will be contacted and the event will be rescheduled.

If bad weather occurs during the event, we will follow Robert H. Jenkins Elementary Hazardous Weather Guidelines to seek shelter.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: A full refund minus Robots Events fee will be made.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: All registration fees will be forfeited.
