General Info
We are very excited to host our tournament for the 5th year.
Concessions will be available for sale, with donuts/coffee in the morning, snacks all day, and pizza for lunch. Please feel free to bring your own snacks and food, and leave the school spaces as clean as when you arrived. (NO soda in the gym/competition/pit spaces - Water bottles only)
All judging will be in person at the event.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the event is canceled due to weather, we will try to reschedule. If we cannot, we will refund all fees.
Weather considerations are as follows:
- Severe weather warnings during the 24 hours before the event or during the event will cancel the event
- Our administration makes the final call
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds will be given.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event, then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds

All In-Person Judging: The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in person on the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
