General Info
The Jeju Next Level VEX IQ Competition™ Tournament is an invitational, blended IQ tournament for ES and MS teams. We welcome all teams willing to abide by the Student-centered Policy of the Global Robotics and Science Foundation.
Consent Form
Teams must submit consent forms for all attendees, including but not limited to coaches, students, and parents, before the Registration Deadline. Failure to do so will result in the team being moved to the waitlist, and no refund of the registration fee will be provided. These forms cover important topics such as safety, liability, image rights, and eligibility. As parental consent is required, please ensure all forms are submitted in advance. Teams that do not submit the required forms will not be allowed to participate.
Registration Details
To register on the main event page:
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Waitlist" on the left hand side. If you have already paid the VEX team fee, your teams will show up on the right hand side.
- Click the "Add" button for all teams that you wish to register.
- The EP will then move them from the waitlist to the main event upon approval.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of an emergency or bad weather, the event may be canceled. We will communicate this information as far in advance as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
Tournament Fee
The fee for this event is KRW$50,000 per team. There is also an optional fee of KRW$8,000 per person for lunch in the cafeteria. An invoice will be sent from SJA soon after your registration is approved from the waitlist.
Payment Deadline
Payment must be made in full to SJA by Friday, October 2nd at 5 pm. If a team is registered and does not pay by this date they will be moved to the waitlist.
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
The event fee will be refunded in full if the event is canceled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration and payment for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be issued.
Judging Format
The Engineering Notebook will be evaluated beginning the day prior to the competition. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link in the "My Account" panel of the team contact on events.vex.com. The submission deadline is 7-October-2026, 17:00 Korea Standard Time.
On Day 1 of the competition, inspection and initial interviews with judges will take place. On Day 2 (competition day), final interviews and judging will take place.
