This is a blended event and will have an excellence Winner for both Middle School and Elementary teams.

We look forward to hosting for our 6th straight year.

Lunch (walking tacos) will be provided for teams and coaches.

Notebooks must be uploaded to events.vex by January 7th 2027 4:00pm

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

If the event is cancelled due to weather, we will try to reschedule. If we cannot, we will refund all fees.

Weather considerations are as follows:

- Severe weather warnings during the 24 hours before the event or during the event will cancel the event

- Our administration makes the final call

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: Refunds willbe given.

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds

Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
