October 10 and November 7: Arrive between 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Inspection will start at 8:00 am. Qualification matches will start at 9:30 am. The skills field will be open before the drivers meeting and after the last qualification match. The event will conclude by 12 noon
December 12: arrive between 8:00 am - 9:00 am. Inspection will start at 8:00 am. Qualification matches will start at 9:30 am. Team interviews will take place during the event. Qualification matches will take place until they are complete followed by the finals matches. There will be a skills field open for the duration of the qualification matches. The event will conclude with an awards ceremony.

In the event of inclement weather - the event partner will contact the coaches with additional information.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: no refunds will be issued.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
