Doors will open at 8:30 am and check-in will begin at 9:00 am.

Each registered team is expected to bring 1 volunteer. This can be an adult or extra student no experience needed

In the event of an emergency or weather-related closure, we will contact registered teams with information on next steps.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
All registered teams will receive refunds or free entry to make-up event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will not be issued.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
