Football isn't the only game in town - let's get ready to rumble at the No-Bot-Vember Robo Rumble VEX IQ Blended Tournament at San Antonio Academy - home of the Wildcats!
We have a beautiful campus located in the historic Monte Vista neighborhood of San Antonio, easy parking, ample seating areas, and on-site concessions.

7:00 AM - Volunteer Check-In and orientation
7:30AM - Team Check-In, Inspection, Pit Setup
8:00 AM - Coach's Meeting
8:15 AM - Opening Ceremonies
8:15 AM - 11:15 AM - Robot Skills Challenge Matches, Qualification Matches and Judging will run concurrently
11:30 AM -1 2:30 PM - Lunch Break
12:30 PM - 3:00 PM - Robot Skills Challenge Matches, Qualification Matches and Judging will run concurrently
3:00 PM - Robot Skills will close
3:15 - 4:00 PM - Eliminations, Finals, Awards
Volunteer
Volunteers make robotics events possible. Volunteers will receive breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day. Coaches, parents, and older siblings/students who can volunteer in any capacity are welcome. We would especially appreciate anyone with judging experience for engineering notebooks.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will attempt to reschedule if the weather requires. If another date is unavailable the event will be cancelled.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment due by: Friday, November 6 at 5:00 pm or your spot will go to teams on waitlist.
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds will be given (minus the processing fee).
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: refunds will not be given.
After registration closes: no refunds will be given except in the case of bad weather (minus the processing fee).
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
