General Info
The Zionsville Steel Eagles are excited to host the Zionsville Middle School VEX IQ Robotics Tournament: There's not much time left! competition at Zionsville Middle School in Zionsville, Indiana. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition, and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine!
This event will offer in-person judging, skills challenges, and, of course, the teamwork challenge. Please remember to bring batteries, chargers, a power strip/extension cord and license plates! Concessions will be available, and pizza may be ordered by teams.
We will send more information as we get closer to the tournament date.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event that there is bad weather, we will cancel if Zionsville Community Schools Cancels. If we cancel, we will communicate to team coaches via e-mail as soon as soon as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refunds will be made minus $10.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be made.

When you enter the parking lot, please go to the South side of the building and enter Door 4.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Engineering notebooks should be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline will be communicated when we get closer to the tournament date.Teams should also bring a physical copy of their notebook to share with to the judges during the interview.
