Henry County is excited to host this VEX IQ tournament. Students and attendees are sure to have a fun-filled day of robotics competition and we look forward to seeing all of the teams shine!
All participants are expected to complete the participant release form .

2:00pm - 3:00pm - Check-In/Registration/Inspection
NOTE: All teams must be through inspection by 3:00pm. Also, please do not come into the building before 1:45pm. We are hosting an elementary tournament earlier in the day and will not have space for additional teams/spectators until we are able to "flip" the facility from the morning tournament.
2:00pm - Fields Open for Skills Challenges
NOTE: Each team will be able to run a maximum of 3 robot (driver) skills challenges and 3 programming challenges. 3 fields will be available for Skills Challenge attempts from 2:00pm - 3:10pm, but only 1 field will be open for skills challenges during qualification matches (3:30pm - 6:30pm). Teams should attempt to finish as many skills challenges before 3:10pm to reduce the amount of runs needed between qualification matches. The Skills Field will close at the end of qualificiation matches (approximately 6:15pm).
3:15pm - 3:25pm - Drivers Meeting & Welcome
3:30pm - 6:15pm - Skills Field Open

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event of bad weather, a decision will be made based on the local school system.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: An attempt will be made to reschedule the event for a future date. Due to the way event payments are received and processed, refunds cannot be issued. Any payment made may be applied toward a future Henry County event.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Refunds will not be issued.
Judging Format
All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
