General Info
Hi, Welcome to Rumble in the Rubies at Elko Institute for Academic Achievement. We are located at 905 W. Main street in Elko. Please note that we will start at 8am and should be done early in the afternoon depending on the number of registrations. All engineering notebooks will be due the week before our event on October 17th.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event that bad weather happens the event will be canceled. However, due to it being in October we do not anticipate any travel hazards.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All registration costs will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refund will be given.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
