This is a blended VEX IQ tournament with all in person judging. Judges will be available at tables for teams to visit at their convenience. We have an experienced group of volunteers who strive for excellence in all we do. We look forward to seeing you all.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will follow the recommendations of our superintendent when making decisions about cancellation due to weather concerns. In the event we are unable to continue due to an emergency situation,s we will reschedule the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event must be canceled, it will be rescheduled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
The school cannot offer refunds.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
