While Stargate will staff most volunteer roles at the tournament, each organization, e.g. school, private team, etc., is required to provide ONE JUDGE VOLUNTEER.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather (as determined by Adams 12 School District) the tournament will be canceled and no refunds will be available.
Refund and Payment Policies
Payment Deadline:
Payments for this tournament are due by December 31, 2026.
If the Event Partner cancels the event for reasons other than inclement weather:
Refunds will be provided.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Refunds will be available up to four weeks prior to the event.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews:
- Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
- Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact.
- A notebook submission deadline will be communicated with registered teams via email.
