Elevate Tech Robotics Redmond is excited to welcome you all for another exciting VEX IQ tournament season.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Bad weather should not affect this event. In case of a cancellation, the event partner will contact you as early as possible. Teams should make sure their contact information in events.vex.com is up to date and includes phone numbers.
Refund and Payment Policies
Cancellations handled on a case by case basis. General guidance is:
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
No refund will be provided as organization incurs expenses upfront to organize the event.
Teams are responsible for their own transportation and hotel costs.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:

Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
