For the General Information section, I would make it clearly different from a one-day tournament and explain what teams should expect from the league format. I would also bring the STEM22 identity into it without making it too long.
STEM22 League — General Information
The STEM22 League is a blended VEX IQ league designed to provide teams with multiple opportunities to compete, learn, and improve throughout the season. The league will consist of 3–4 after-school mini-tournaments, culminating in the STEM22 League Finals on January 25.
League sessions will focus primarily on competition matches, allowing teams to gain valuable experience and make improvements to their robots, programming, and strategies between events. In-person judging, team interviews, notebooks, finals, and awards will take place at the January 25 League Finals.
The STEM22 League was created to expand access to competitive robotics and strengthen collaboration among schools in our area. We have an experienced group of volunteers who are committed to providing a fair, organized, and student-centered competition experience.
We look forward to a great season of competition, collaboration, and STEM learning!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
We will follow the recommendations of our superintendent when making decisions about cancellation due to weather concerns. In the event we are unable to continue due to emergency situations, we will reschedule the event.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
If the event must be canceled, it will be rescheduled.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
The school cannot offer refunds.
Judging Format
Please review the following Judging Format options and keep the ones that apply to your event, and delete the others that do not apply.
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the last league day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
