This is a blended VEX IQ Elementary School and Middle School Robotics League. The League will occur over three Saturdays in November, December, and January with the Finals occuring at the end of the qualifications on the January date.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
I will reach out via email to all registered teams as soon as possible to determine rescheduling due to Emergency or Bad Weather cancellations.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Full refund unless the event is rescheduled to a later date.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Full refund if the coach/mentor contacts the event partner at least 48 hours prior to the event.
Judging Format
- All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges. Juding will only be done on the final day of the League.
