Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In case of an incident or circumstance effecting this event, The event partner will undertake three notification strategies.

  1. An advisory describing the situation (e.g. inclement weather) and the action being taken (e.g. event cancellation) will be posted to this RobotEvents event listing under this tab.  
  2. The same information will also be e-mailed to all registered team coaches. Make sure your contact information is up to date in Robot Events.
  3. Teams can contact the school directly (604-981-1100) ask for Mr Hunter

Refund and Payment Policies

Refunds are available to teams that cancel one week before the event.

If less than one week to the event date refunds will be made on a case by case basis.

If you are cancelling with less than 1 week's notice and if another team can fill the orginal teams spot, then a full refund should be available.

Electronic Notebooks: Submit your notebook links in advance of the tournament. Teams will have an allotted time for judging (approx 7 min / team) during the Judging time on the Agenda tab.
