General Info
Ben Franklin Middle School invites you to compete in this VEX IQ Level Up event. This is a Middle School only event. It will be held in Boucher gymnasium at Ben franklin Middle School
There will be a fully stocked concession stand.
We are on central time.
We will have awards for Teamwork champion and runner up. Robot Skills Champion and Robot Skills 2nd Place will also be offered.
There will NOT be any judged awards.
Currently, our policy on masks is that they are optional at extra-curricular activities. Social distancing is encouraged. As with everything Covid-related this policy may change, so please check back and expect emails updating this policy.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Please check your email for bad weather cancellations. Refunds (minus the $5 REC team fee) will be available if you are unable to travel due to weather.
Refund and Payment Policies
f the Event Partner cancels the event:
If we must cancel the event due to weather or other issues, refunds will be issued in the case of an event cancellation.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Please only register robot teams that intend to attend. Due to the limited space for events, we will not issue a refund for any other reason.
Payment Deadline is October 30, 2026. Not paying by this date may mean that your team may be placed on the waitlist to make room for another team.
Judging Format
