Where young innovators are forged!
Fire up your robots and get ready for an exciting day of competition, creativity, and fun at Prometheus Presents: The Forge!
On December 12, 2026, 30 elementary VEX IQ teams will gather at the Wesley Center in Clermont, Florida, to compete in Level Up™ and showcase their engineering, programming, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
The event will be hosted by middle school VEX IQ Team 91429X Prometheus. We'll be volunteering throughout the day and working to create an unforgettable experience for our younger robotics community.
Whether this is your first tournament or another stop in an exciting season, we can’t wait to welcome you to The Forge!

Help Us Fire Up The Forge!
Prometheus Presents: The Forge wouldn’t be possible without an outstanding team of volunteers. We need judges, referees, inspectors, queuers, field resetters, scorekeepers, and other event-day helpers to make this a memorable experience for our elementary competitors.
Many volunteer roles require no previous robotics experience, and guidance will be provided. Whether you can help for the entire event or only part of the day, we would be grateful to have you join the Forge Crew!

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
The safety of our teams, volunteers, and guests is our highest priority. In the event of severe weather, an emergency, or any necessary schedule changes, updates will be posted on the event page and emailed to registered team contacts.
Please check the event page for the latest information before traveling to the Wesley Center. Any decision to delay, modify, or cancel the event will be communicated as quickly as possible.
Refund and Payment Policies
Event Cancellation
If the Event Partner cancels Prometheus Presents: The Forge, all team registration fees will be refunded in full.
Team Cancellation
Registration reserves a limited spot for your team and commits the Event Partner to event expenses. If a team withdraws or chooses not to attend after registering, the registration fee is non-refundable.
Payment Policy
Registration fees must be paid by the payment deadline listed on the event page.
Teams that do not submit payment by the deadline may be moved to the waitlist, and their spot may be offered to another team through events.vex.com.
Judging Format
- Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
