This event is closed to registration because:

All participating teams must be a registered VEX Robotics team on the events.vex.com website and have an official team number before registering for this event.
Tournament fees must be paid by Jan. 16. Unpaid teams will be placed on a waiting list.
Registration and payments should be made through the https://events.vex.com website.

A completed participant release form for all students must be uploaded to the team's events.vex.com account prior to the tournament. Team leaders must check that all team members attending the event have completed the online consent form prior to the tournament.

All teams should come prepared for competition. Pre-inspect your robot before competition.

Engineering Notebooks must be uloaded by noon Jan. 9
An email will be sent to all coaches with detailed information about this event.

8:00 AM Doors open,

8:15 AM Registration, and Inspection Open.

9:00 AM Opening Remarks and Drivers Meeting - Robot skills will run until the qualification matches are over.

9:30 AM Qualification matches start.

12:00 - 1:00 PM Lunch (Girl Powered presentation at 12:45*)

1:00 - 2:30 PM Qualification Matches

3:00 - 4:30 PM Final Matches, immediately followed by awards*

(Award ceremony will start right after Judges turn in results)

Refunds will be issued in the cases of an event cancellation.
No refunds will be issued to "no show" teams.
Tournament fees must be paid by Jan. 16. Unpaid teams may be replaced by teams from the waiting list.

Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event.
Only Electronic Engineering Notebooks will be judged in this competition. No physical, email attachments, or shared notebooks will be judged at this event.
Electronic Engineering notebooks must be uploaded to https://events.vex.com no later than Saturday, January 9, 2027 by noon.
