Welcome to the Cranbrook VEX IQ Level Up League Event!
Registration Information
All participating teams must be registered with VEX Robotics and the VEX Events website and have an official team number before registering for this event. Tournament fees must be paid before teams are allowed to compete. Registration and payments should be made through the Robot Events website.
Judging
There will no judging for this event
Lunch and Concessions
Snack concessions will be available for purchase at all league sessions
Finals Matches
All teams will be participate in the finals
Competition Preparation
All teams should come prepared for competition. Here are a few steps that every team should take to ensure that they are prepared.

Review the rules and run through the inspection checklist about a week before the competition so that there is ample time for adjustments. Robots must use VEX IQ parts. Please self inspect before arriving at the tournament.

Remember that safety comes first, please don't bring tools that pose a safety risk to your team, or others nearby, as teams are close to each other in the venue pit area. Also, remember no grinding or other actions that create sparks, ask the tournament director for a safe location if grinding is needed.

Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: refunds for all team registrations will be dispersed to team coaches,
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: requests for refunds should be directed to Katie Bis at [email protected]

The tournament will take place at the Cranbrook Middle School for Boys which is located in the Cranbrook Educational Community.
Maps to the Middle School for Boys will be available at the security booth located at the main entrance of the Cranbrook Educational Community
Please follow the signs to the Middle School for Boys once you enter the Cranbrook Educational Community. Please park in the back of the Middle School for Boys and walk into the school using the entrance near the gym. The competition will take place on the upper level in the multi-purpose room with pits located in the dining hall.
