Dear Coaches and Teams,
Welcome to the Roller Coaster Robo Clash VEX IQ Middle School Robotics Event! We are excited to have your team join us on December 19th for a day filled with creativity, engineering, teamwork, and competition!

Event Details:

Date: December 19th

Doors Open: 8:00 AM

Event: VEX IQ Middle School

Skills: Skills challenges will be available.

Judging: We will be using an in-person judging format.

State Qualifications: Information regarding state qualification opportunities will be announced at a later date.

Food & Concessions:

Food and refreshments will be available for purchase during the event. Outside food and beverages may not be brought into the event area, so please plan accordingly.

We encourage teams to come prepared to showcase not only their robot, but also the engineering process, problem-solving, creativity, teamwork, and dedication that went into building it.

We can't wait to see the amazing engineering and innovative ideas your teams bring to the Roller Coaster Robo Clash! We are looking forward to a fun, exciting, and memorable day of VEX IQ competition.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy

In the event of bad weather, we will make every attempt to contact all coaches by email,phone, or text as well as make announcements through social media of any changes of the event or the event schedule.

Refund and Payment Policies

If the Event Partner cancels the event: You will be notified and refund will be issued

If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: Sorry no refunds

Judging Format

All In-Person Judging - The Team Interviews and Engineering Notebooks will be judged in-person the day of the event. Teams should bring a physical copy of their notebook to submit to the judges.
