General Info
Hello!
We welcome you to Basic Academy of International Studies for our spooky event! The event will be held in the Gym near the large parking lot. All engineering notebooks will be due digitally one week (October 23rd) before the event. All interviews will be done on site. We will offer skills, judging, and teamwork champions for all teams. We will start at 8:00 in the morning and should be done at 4:30pm. We will have all the standard trophies and also costume contests (Best individual and group) and best decorated bot. After the event, we will have candy to give out to all participants.

If you would like to volunteer, contact [email protected]. We offer food and free entry to teams that will provide a key volunteer. (Judges, Head Refs, and Scorekeepers) We also will offer free entry if you will bring a fieldset or field for use.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
If the weather does not permit safe travel, the event will be cancelled and refunds will be given.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: all registration costs will be refunded.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: No refunds will be given.
Judging Format
Digital Engineering Notebook Submissions / In Person Team Interviews: Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. A submission deadline that may be scheduled ahead of the event date.
