We will have volunteers that are helping to run our Skills event.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In case of bad weather or an emergency we will let all parties and teams know.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
In the unlikely event that the EP cancels the event, teams will be refunded their registration costs.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
Teams that notify the EP at least one week in advance may request a refund of their payment.
Teams that cancel with less than one week or do no show up will not receive a refund unless as determined by the Event Partner that there are extenuating circumstances( these will be rare)
Health and Safety Policies
The goal of this event is to make sure everyone is safe and healthy along with with the skills competition being fair.
Judging Format
This event has no judged awards, since this is a SKILLS only event.
