Welcome to SharkFest Robotics Competition!
We are so excited to have you as part of the fun as these amazing scholars show off all the hard work they have been doing this season so far. Can't wait to see all the amazing designs and great sportsmanship!
Important Team Information:
There will be NO judging.
Spectators are allowed in the event.
Skills Challenges will be available to all teams, with 3 Max Driver attempts and 3 Max Programming attempts per team.
The top 10 teams from the qualification rounds will participate in the Finals. These teams will be automatically paired into Alliances. The top-scoring alliance (two teams) in the Finals will earn the Teamwork Champion Award.
Concessions & Food
Concessions will be available during the event.

No additional volunteers are needed at this time.
Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
In the event that there is bad weather, we will cancel if Hamilton Southeastern Schools Cancels. If we cancel, we will communicate to team coaches via e-mail as soon as soon as possible.
If bad weather delays the event, we will send out a modified schedule via email once we are notified that we can continue
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
Refund will be made if cancelled by event partner.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
A refund will be given if a team withdraws before two weeks of the event date. Otherwise, no refunds will be given.
