DEL WEBB ROBOTICS & WALKER ROBOTICS are excited to co-host this VIQRC Tournament!
Get ready to LEVEL UP at this elementary and middle school BLENDED EVENT at Del Webb Middle School in Henderson, Nevada!
REGISTRATION:

We are limiting the tournament to 16 Middle School Teams and 16 Elementary School Teams

Put your team on the WAITLIST and teams will be added in the order they were received.
JUDGING
Team interviews will be conducted in-person at the event. Engineering notebooks will be submitted digitally for evaluation via a link found within the "My Account" panel of the team contact. All engineering notebooks are due digitally by 4:00 pm on Monday, November 30th.
COMPETITION SETUP

Qualification fields and Skills fields are located in the gym. Food and drinks are not allowed in the gym.

Team Pit Area is located in the Cafeteria. Only Teams and Coaches will be allowed in the Pit Area. Parents and other spectators are invited to cheer in the gym.

Practice fields are available in the cafeteria.
PARKING
Please park on the East side of campus in the back school parking lot off of McCullough Hills Pkwy. There is plenty of parking available in this lot near the tennis and basketball courts. The entrance near the cafeteria/gym will be open for entry.

Volunteer
We need volunteers to help make the DEL WEBB & WALKER WINTER CLASSIC a fun and successful robotics competition! Here's a description of volunteer positions. High school students can receive community service hours.

Emergency/Bad Weather Policy
Although the likelihood of bad weather or emergency situations causing us to cancel or reschedule the event is minimal, we will email teams if such situations occur.
Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event:
A full refund will be issued.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend:
No refunds will be provided.
