General Info
The tournament will take place Wednesday, Dec 2th along with awards in the eventing. This will be a teaching/learning tournament with all coaches and adult volunteers assigned to various roles in the tournament. If you would like to be a judge or a referee, please let the Event Partner know and you will be provided with the training materials. You will be contacted closer to the event with more details. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please email David Tran at [email protected]. Participants will be required to submit the VEX liability release form. Refund and Payment Policies
If the Event Partner cancels the event: All of the team registration will be returned.
If a Coach/Mentor completes registration for the event then chooses to withdraw or not attend: There will be no refund.
