Agenda

1:00 PM – Doors Open!
Woohoo! It’s just like Christmas morning… except instead of presents, there are ROBOTS! Come on in, spread some Christmas cheer, and get ready for an elf-sized afternoon of fun!

1:00–1:45 PM – Check-In, Inspection & Practice
Get your team checked in, let our inspectors admire your amazing robot, and squeeze in some practice and skills runs. We have lots of fun packed into a short afternoon, so let’s get those robots ready to roll!

1:30 PM – Team Check-In Deadline
Don't be a cotton-headed ninnymuggins! Make sure your team is checked in by 1:30 PM so we can keep everything moving and start our tournament on time!

Coaches Meeting – Sent by Video Before the Event
All coaches, gather around your screens! Buddy wants everyone to have the scoop before arriving, so we’ll send out our coaches meeting video ahead of time. Watch it before the big day so we’re all ready for an elf-tastic afternoon!

1:45 PM – Drivers Meeting
Hey, robot drivers! Gather around to hear everything you need to know before zooming onto the fields. Pay attention, listen carefully, and remember — Buddy believes in you!

1:50 PM – Opening Ceremony
It’s almost time! We’ll welcome our teams, spread some Christmas cheer, and get ready to kick off an awesome competition!

2:00 PM – Qualification Matches & Skills Begin
LET’S GO! Robots rolling, teams cheering, high-fives flying, and Christmas magic everywhere! We’ll be running TWO FIELDS AT THE SAME TIME, so keep those elf eyes open, listen for announcements, and be ready when it’s your turn. We’re moving faster than Santa on Christmas Eve!

Finals & Awards – Following Qualification Matches
The excitement is reaching the North Pole! We’ll wrap up with our final matches and celebrate our teams’ hard work with awards. Stick around to cheer on your fellow competitors and celebrate all the amazing things our teams have accomplished!
